If shipment is subject to customs, all charges, duties and taxes are at the customer's expense.

Only for USACANADA, AUSTRALIA, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, UK, TURKEY and JAPAN: shipment is free and there will be no additional customs duties to pay upon delivery.

Items can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
For some countries (see table) return costs are at the customer's expense.

Products purchased with custom embroidery cannot be returned, refunded or replaced.
In relation to such products, the customer's right of withdrawal shall be deemed excluded.

Each product must be returned with all attached tags and labels, in its original packaging and with all accessories and cases (hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order.
Furthermore, returned products must not show signs of use, scratches or be altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.) and must be returned in the same condition as were shipped, and adequately packaged.


Items can be replaced in compliance with the aforementioned return policy.
Please indicate in the return request the products to be replaced with.
Shipment costs related to replacemente are free of charge.
We will automatically create a new order that will be shipped only after receiving the return.


It is possible to pay by credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfer and Scalapay.

If you buy with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.
